God cannot sin because He is above the law, not because He obeys the law. The righteousness of God, therefore, is a function of His absolute immunity over the law. For example, if alcohol is prohibited for an age limit, it is an offence for those under the range of that prohibition. Passing that age limit, it is no longer an offence for me to drink alcohol, because I am no longer under that jurisdiction. Accordingly, the manifestation of God in human form is subject to the activation of His absolute immunity by the Anointed God-incarnate, which elevates Him above the jurisdiction of the law that normal people are subject to (Romans 3: 19).
